Chromebook Insurance Claims

If your chromebook has suffered physical damage and you purchased insurance through the school, please click on the following link to complete the Burnett's insurance claim form. 

Once you have completed the online form, you will receive a copy of the information you have submitted by email.

Make sure you have the school name JHGS, postcode (HP11 1SZ), the date of the incident and device serial number.

If you are unsure whether you purchased insurance please contact edde education who administer the Chromebook scheme for us to confirm.  They can be contacted at hello@edde.education or on 01494 611465

If your chromebook has stopped working for no apparent reason, please contact the school's IT department in the first instance, by emailing office@jhgs.bucks.sch.uk. Our IT department will determine whether a warranty claim is appropriate.
