Consultation for Admissions Policy 2026

Each year the admission authority for all schools and academies are required to review their admission arrangements. The admission authority must consult on proposed changes to the admission arrangements.


The Governing Body of John Hampden Grammar School wish to consult on proposed changes to the School’s admissions policy which would take effect from the beginning of the academic year in 2026.


The full draft Admissions Policy 2026 is available here. The 6 week consultation period will run from  25 October 2024 to  6th December 2024 at 23:59.


The Governing Body welcomes any comments on the proposed changes. Please send your comments via email to consultations@jhgs.bucks.sch.uk making clear that they are for the attention of the Chair of Governors.  

Comments can also be made by post, again marked for the attention of the Chair of Governors care of the Admissions Officer,  to the school address.
