The National Mathematics & Physics (NMAP) SCITT is England’s only school centred provider of subject specific teacher training in Mathematics and Physics with an enhanced focus on subject knowledge and pedagogy. The NMAP SCITT Programme was developed and is delivered by expert practicing teachers in collaboration with the subject associations. The SCITT’s most recent Ofsted inspection highlights how well we know our trainees as individuals and support them; Ofsted also commented about our well-structured, cohesive and ambitious curriculum. We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspirational individual to lead our successful History & Politics Department. Starting at Easter or September 2025, the role would suit an ambitious and dynamic leader who can deliver exceptional teaching, learning and leadership at our outstanding school.
